Jump4, a trampoline park, approached us to work with them on a complete brand identity and digital communication project to develop awareness for the new venture. Jump4 wanted to convey their offering to all sectors of their target market – from their family entertainment to fitness classes and their café.
We created a brand identity, including logo and brand guidelines as well as a stationery suite including e-signatures, business cards and letterheads. This brand identity was also implemented across uniforms for all staff. In addition, we developed cross-channel marketing campaigns to build awareness of the business and promote the offering, across digital, social media and printed collateral.
We also created a website which included an integrated booking system and payment gateway to facilitate online bookings, as well as installing telephone systems. On an ongoing basis, we also provide outsources IT, Web & Design support.
