How It Works

6 Simple Steps To Onboarding

1. Meet your Account Manager

You’ll be introduced to your Account Manager who will act as your main point of contact at Aztek. Don’t worry, it won’t be long before you meet the rest of us, and we’ll soon become an extension of your team.

2. Handover and audit

Our onboarding team will request a full handover and arrange for a full evaluation of your IT setup to gather any other useful information. Depending on the size of your business and the quantity of devices and users, the process can take from a few days to a couple of weeks.

3. Deploy monitoring and updates

To get a further detailed understanding of your IT setup, we’ll deploy secure monitoring systems that will run around the clock. Then where necessary, install any required updates to ensure your network and devices are fully secure – without disturbing your workforce.

4. Arrange end user training

We want to make it easy for you to request help from us whenever you need it. Our friendly and knowledgeable team will provide clear training on how to request support. You’ll also have access to technology thought leaders who will share valuable insights.

5. Launch and sign off

When you’re happy to go, we’ll officially launch your IT support. It won’t be long before you get to know us we’ll become a seamless extension of your team. Your dedicated Account Manager will meet with you, either in person or remotely, to sign-off the process once onboarding is complete.

6. We’ll schedule regular reviews

As your technology partner, we like to regularly check our services align with your business objectives. Your Account Manager will schedule these meetings so you can tell us if there is anything we can improve.
